  Very nice small and cozy place, with exceptionally friendly staff that make you feel so welcome. Along with the main menu and dessert items.. felt this place was right out of my dreams made just for me. You have to experience it to know what I mean.

  Some eateries just ooze of excellence. This is one 'em.
  
  It's just a tiny "hole-in-the-wall" type place. But don't let this characterization mislead you. It's clean, neat, well organized and well run. The operation is a labor of love. Service is with a smile, personable, and with a personal touch.
  
  The owners originally set this place up as a storefront for their catering business, never envisioning, the front end of the operation, this cafe, would take off and enjoy a #1 rating in Savannah.
  
  The menu is not expansive. The owners create limited types and portions of certain foodstuffs: soups, sandwiches, and the like, and do so par excellence. Everything entree is carefully prepared and tasty. Just think "Mmmn" when you walk in here.
  
  Pick anything on the menu: you can't go wrong. Just go and enjoy.

  Just had lunch @ Joe's, Everything was exceptional! The garbanzo bean soup, the lobster/shrimp bisque were the best! Followed up w/ a piece of cake with scrumptious icing w/ strawberries! Don, our waiter, was just as sweet as can be. Thanks for the great experience.

  Planned stop with my daughter and her little family. My 6 y/o granddaughter loved it. We all ordered the tea and treats. They used to have a larger selection of teas but there are plenty of choices available. Cucumber sandwiches and chicken salad, fresh fruit and cream, all topped off by pretty sweet treats including macaroons! I've been coming here again.
