  If I could give zero stars I would. I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. We went through the drive through and I had to repeat what I wanted at least 3 times a piece to the girl working the window. We then had to wait for more than 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the window to take our card to pay. At this point had we not already paid we would have left. They only gave us 2 of our drinks and we waited an additional 10 minutes before they came back to the window to tell us they were out of Orange chicken and would need to wait in the parking lot for our food. We pulled around and sat for anothe or 10 minutes before my husband went in and they had put our food on a tray and left it sitting on the counter--they didn't even know we were still there. When my husband complained the girl told him, "well we had a line in here" and then the manager took an obscene amount of time to put our food in a bag to go and then didn't even bother to provide forks or napkins for us to eat with. When I finally arrived home to eat my food as I didn't have any silverware (a fact we didn't notice until we were gone) my broccoli in my broccoli beef is still raw. We will never be returning there and will discourage everyone we know from eating there.
