  Food was amazing. We had the steak with shrimp. Service needs help. We arrived around 5. We had to wait to be sit. The restaurant was nearly empty. We asked twice for a baby seat; we had to go find it ourselves. We asked for a spoon. We had to track someone down. Drinks were very weak!!! I don't drink very often because I'm the driver. I was looking forward to drinking. The waitress came very sparingly.

  BAD SERVICE, lies, incorrect charges, no help from management
  Generally BAD SERVICE: The waiter made lots of little mistakes which is not a big deal on its own, but he never apologized or tried to fix it, he just made impolite comments about why it wasn't his fault. LIES: One person ordered her grilled cheese with no tomato. When he brought it out he told us that he just noticed a tomato, and would bring back a new one. Seconds later he came back saying that he must be crazy because he thought he saw a tomato, but there wasn't one. We opened the sandwich to see tomato seeds, tomato skins, and the circular imprint of where the tomato had been. He lied to our faces to avoid making a new sandwich. INCORECT CHARGES: Because we were a group of six, 18% gratuity was automatically added to each of our separate checks. We didn't want to leave a tip so we asked for a manager. NO HELP FROM MANAGEMENT: The bar manager said their tip policy is in "black and white" on the menu so there was nothing she could do. We weren't satisfied so she said she would call the real manager. 10 minutes later we saw her at the bar mixing drinks for other customers. When she finally came back to the table she said the real manager didn't answer the phone. She took the price of the grilled cheese off the bill, but the tip stayed. I suggested that the waiter reimburse us in cash out of tips he had already received. She said, "We don't do that." I offered to pay in cash for my bill, minus the tip. She said they had already run my card and she could not accept less than the full bill. BAD SERVICE, lies, incorrect charges, no help from management
