    This place is OK. But I wouldn't go here with family and friends. I like the food but everything else is not worth going inside the building.

    Rude impatient and easily irritated. And yes cold food, avoid at all cost, go to a different Wendy's. Shut this one down Wendy's or you're going to loose business with employees like this.
