- 2 / 5By penny mortonI go into the McDonald's near Chatham Parkway every morning to get myself a caramel frappe with a drizzle of chocolate on top. The staff are wonderful . The cashier Jamie has the best personality with all customers. The only problem I have is dealing with the nasty mangers who first off over charges me and I then tells me that they can't make it the way I ask . I've never had a problem with any of the McDonald's making it the way the customer ask . I pay over $2.00 more just for them to add extra drizzle on top . It's sad that they have trouble with their manger then they do with their staff. I now make the extra trip to the Berwick store .October 09, 2016
