  I ordered 2 hot drinks. Mine was a tall, double, eggnog latte with fat free milk. I did not get the extra shot of expresso and it barely had eggnog flavoring. Then the lady was rude when I ask her to fix it. The other drink had the same problem and it tasted watered down. Not happy at all. I use to never worry about getting my coffee from Starbucks but now I see their standards are falling off. Well so will their customers. I for one will not be going there for coffee anymore. Poorly made drinks and bad customer service.
