  I usually don't leave feed back, however, I felt the need to do so. We just moved to the area and ate here 3 times. The third time we ordered take out and they charged us a 20% take out fee tax for 2 eggs benedicts. My husband didn't realize that we were gauged and still tipped the girl on top of that. When I got home to enjoy our eggs Benedict and saw the receipt, I was furious. Tried to speak to a manager on the phone. They were unavailable and we left a message. We never received a phone call. Our family is very busy and we are lucky enough to be able afford to each out 5 days a week. They completely lost our business. Yes, We should've checked out our receipt when we checked out. However, we are all guilty at times of not doing so, especially when you are busy and just look at the total and add the tip and sign. What a shame. If you don't want to be screwed out of your money and have the staff and management to completely ignore you - do not go there.

  I usually like Waffle House, but will never return to this location. I applaud the fact they opened quickly after Hurricane Matthew, I was greatly disappointed that they increased the price (almost doubled) for a small cup.
  
  The next morning I went to the other Waffle House located at Abercorn & Eisenhower -- they had the decency to charge regular price. Ultimately, I paid the same for a LARGE coffee, as I did the day before for a SMALL coffee.
